Your New Role As Concession Manager, you’ll run the concession like it’s your own business. You’ll be accountable for sales, service and operations, while building and coaching a team that reflects the brand’s standards. This role suits someone commercially minded who thrives in leadership and enjoys working in a client-focused environment. What You Will Get Up To Lead and develop a team to deliver excellent service and styling advice. Take responsibility for sales results, setting goals and following through with action plans. Manage rosters, wages and stock to ensure efficiency and profitability. Keep the concession presentation at a high standard, working closely with department store teams when needed. Build long-term relationships with clients, focusing on clienteling and repeat business. Recruit, train and mentor staff, creating a pipeline of talent for future growth. The Experience Checklist Previous experience managing a fashion retail store or concession. Strong record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Confidence in leading, motivating and developing a team. Knowledge of rostering, stock and day-to-day retail operations. A genuine interest in fashion and styling, with a client-first approach.
